Pricing Trends in Davidson County NC |
The economic forces of supply and demand also affect the real estate market and the price of homes in an area. As seen by the chart on the left, Davidson County home prices started the rise in the first quarter of 2014. In the 2nd Quarter of 2015, our median sale price was $132,000, which is a 8.2% price increase over the 2nd quarter in 2014. Our inventory is still low in certain price points and homes priced correctly when first listed are starting to sell quickly. This is especially true in the first time buyer market.
